ABOUT

Over the past 24 years, Eric has dedicated his career to negotiating and finding fair resolutions in both the Corporate and Labor markets. His expertise in this field is evident through his previous position on the board of directors of a prominent independent union, where he served as an elected official and now holds the esteemed title of "President Emeritus" in recognition of his years of service. Through these experiences, Eric has become well-acquainted with diverse personalities and has honed his ability to reach agreements that are just and equitable.


Expanding his scope of expertise, Eric has ventured into the realm of Divorce and Family mediation, bringing his wealth of experience to assist the public in resolving their conflicts. To enhance his skills, Eric has undergone comprehensive training in Alternative Dispute Resolution through the Mediation Research and Education Project (MREP) based in Chicago, Illinois. He completed this training in 2002, 2006, and 2012. Additionally, he has received Basic Mediation training from Sequoia Stalder Esq. at Cornell University's Manhattan campus in 2018, and Divorce Mediation training from Stalder Mediation and Berner Mediation.


Eric's formal education was obtained through American Intercontinental University Online in Buckhead, Georgia. In 2006, he earned his Associate of Business Administration, followed by his Bachelor of Information Technology with a specialization in Security in 2010.

As a member of the esteemed Academy of Professional Family Mediators (APFM), Eric adheres to the guidelines outlined in the Model Standards of Practice for mediators (MSP). This commitment to professional standards ensures that his practice is conducted with integrity and in accordance with the highest ethical principles.
